02 / LEADERSHIP

## How I lead

Four habits I bring to every team.

### AI-First, on components

I build reusable systems, not one-off pages. Components are the safe path for people and AI agents alike: clients edit them, agents reuse them, and one fix reaches every page. Raw elements cover what a component cannot.

### Write it down

Processes live in documents the team can find: an SOP library for our Webflow workflows and documented components.

### Teach inside the team

I started a knowledge base channel where developers post tutorials on Webflow, AI and web development, with links and code. Discussion stays in each tutorial's thread.

### Put the rules in the tools

Lint, accessibility and performance checks run in the starter. Reviews can then focus on decisions.
